This is a statutory power of attorney following Arkansas code Title 28, chapter 68, (cited as the Uniform Power of Attorney Act.) ( 28-68-101)
In this power of attorney, the principal chooses which acts the agent can or cannot perform, each of these powers are detailed by Arkansas statutes and codes.
Execution of the Power of Attorney
A signature (by the principal) (is presumed to be genuine if the principal acknowledges the signature before a notary public or other individual authorized by law to take acknowledgments.) (AR Code 28-68-105)
Unless otherwise note in the "Special Instructions Section" of the form this power of attorney is durable, meaning (not terminated by the principal's incapacity.) ( 28-68-102(2))

The NV Clark County deed upon death was perfect! Our county doesn't offer a template, but rather has a long list of rules and specifications where they expect you to make your own document. I didnt want to risk making an unacceptable form so I purchased the template from Deeds.com. It was easy to use and very thorough. Well, we are 10 days from leaving the country for months and needed to notarize and record deed changes to our rental properties. We worried about USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. and hardcopies in the County's bureaucrats' hands. Soooo, we learned of Deeds.com from the County web site via one of the bulk digital recorders telling me about Deeds.com. Hit their site, read their instructions, concluded my tiny brain and decrepit abilities could handle the chore. WITHIN AN HOUR OF UPLOADING EVERYTHING INCLUDING C.C. I tried 3 local attorneys and got no where , wrong information, to busy and another one was very rude. One said he'd do it then didn't. I was so stressed and tried a different online form company advertising an in person attorney within hours. They did call back but gave me the wrong answer.
