Straightforward and pretty easy to use. The only downside is that there is no way to contact them directly. The number on the website is answered only by a voicemail with no return calls. Pricing seems fair compared to other services and much more efficient that filing "over the counter."

I filed a Mechanic's Lien in PA. I appreciate that Deeds.com charges only a one time fee. When I took the completed paperwork to the Prothonotary Office, I paid a $70 Fee, but the staff looked over the documents and though it looked good. I recommend this service.

Fonts for all fields are not the same. Collin County has a specified size it wants in all fields. Other than that every thing was fine.

The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly. I had a really good experience. I bought two forms from a different website and they didn’t help me at all. Granted, I only paid the minimum here I bought the upgrade and they showed me how to fill it out and what it should look like I went and had it notarized and took it to the county recorder and everything went smoothly. Highly suggest.
