A California Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed is used to create, transfer, or terminate a real property ownership interest between spouses. This instrument applies to a present owner's interest and has been drafted to comply with the Revenue and Taxation Code Section 63.
A transfer of real property ownership interests between spouses is excluded from reappraisal under the California Constitution Article 13 A &1 et seq. and transfer taxes, as this conveyance establishes sole and separate property of a spouse (RT 11911)

The product is as advertised. I was unable to navigate this process because It is complicated and I am concerned about doing it wrong. The law is written in stupid language to make it difficult for all and keep the layering business going. Its a solid form but did not work for me. Thanks Chris

LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. Deeds.com did a great job in explaining exactly what I'd need to file a deed transfer (quitclaim deed). I didn't have to order the forms piecemeal, but was able to order the whole package at once for a reasonable price. Once downloaded, their fill-in-the-blank PDF was easy to use with detailed instructions for each line item. I'd definitely use them again.

It was very easy to order,download, and print. The only issue I have is that the guide that came with my form really did not help me filling it out. I feel the explanations could have been better and suited more for the standard person. I was still confused when filling it out and will probably have to get a lawyer to make sure it's filled out correctly
