A power of attorney is a legal document delegating authority from one person to another. In the document, the maker of the power of attorney (the "principal") grants the right to act on the maker's behalf as that person's Attorney-in-fact/Agent.
Attorney-in-fact means a person granted authority to act for the principal in a power of attorney, regardless of whether the person is known as an attorney-in-fact or agent.
This special power of attorney grants the agent the power to execute and deliver on the principal's behalf, name and stead, any in all necessary legal documents including contracts for sale, deeds, mortgages, deeds of trusts, promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, and other documents with regard to all matters concerning the PURCHASE of a specific Colorado property. Deeds was responsive and got back to me right away suggesting I go to the county and retrieve copies of the deed there. It's a couple of hundred miles away so was hoping I could do it online. A pretty good website though. Sorry we couldn't do business.

Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful
