An executor is a personal representative designated by a decedent's will to settle the decedent's estate. Use an executor's deed to convey fee simple title to a grantee, who is either a beneficiary, heir, or buyer.
The deed contains covenants that the grantor is qualified to act as executor of the decedent's estate; is authorized to bargain and sell the property pursuant to the terms of the decedent's will or by order of the probate court; and will warrant and defend the grantee's title against the claims of persons by, from, or under the grantor.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. These products would be more useful if they final deed could be copied and pasted into a word document for proper formatting. Because most of the document is protected against selecting and copying, I did not find it useful. I would not purchase again.

Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. It is easy to use but difficult to know when the document has been reviewed for recording and when the invoice is ready.
