Under 713.20(5), lienors may waive, on condition of payment, a lien they already filed against the owner's interest in the improved property. The release contains information about the lienor, the customer, the property owner, the property description, the payment amount, and a date to finalize the work covered by the waiver.

The process was not difficult but I don't think that it suited my needs. There were several fields that were not applicable to me but I had to enter something to proceed. I also filled out the other form and mailed it in with some documentation that the electronic service did not ask for. Questions of my attempt are still unanswered. At first glance, explanations and guidance to fill out the grant deed seems quite direct and no too difficult. I did not see any reference to a mortgagee which I believe needs to be incorporated in a boundary line adjustment (BLA), though not sure I'll do the actual filling out the form in the next couple of weeks and will be in a better position for a more complete review.
