Under 713.20(4), lienors may waive, on condition of payment, part of a lien they already delivered against the owner's interest in the improved property. Such a release contains information about the lienor, the customer, the property owner, the property description, the payment amount, and a date to mark the end of the work period covered by the waiver.

My county accessors office recommended this site. My Uncle passed away and did not leave a will and I needed to have his deed transferred into my name. I was able to do it using the sample Deeds.com provided. I used it as a guide to fill out the paperwork that I printed off of the Deeds.com site. Easy to use but the quit claim deep looked old and dated. The example of how to fill out should have asterisks stating what is need and what can be skipped

Easy to use and instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be nice to be able to download the entire package at one time - it was a little cumbersome to download each item separately. (Of course, I didn't know which of the items I needed, so downloaded them all)
