Lien waivers or releases are used to surrender the right to a lien, either in full or in part depending on what type of lien release form is used. Florida's Construction Lien Law authorizes statutory waivers at 713.20 Fla. Stat. (2016).
Under 713.20(4), lienors may waive, on condition of payment, part of a lien they already delivered against the owner's interest in the improved property. Such a release contains information about the lienor, the customer, the property owner, the property description, the payment amount, and a date to mark the end of the work period covered by the waiver.

AMAZING! Easy to use, reasonable fee - and get MUCH MORE than just a deed form. I ordered a "deed" and received a whole "package," including a guide and the jurisdiction's costs schedule and cover page that would be needed to record the deed - even included a Certificate of Transfer that is not required for a deed but something I needed for a different transaction. The website was extremely easy to use and the cautions about not disclosing personal information were so clear and personal, they made me feel secure in knowing this site was not trying to rip me off. I'm typing along and suddenly I can't fit anything more into the page and there's plenty of room. This is my 2nd time using this site. No problem the first time years ago. Now it's an issue, looks like I'll need a typewriter to finish the form. Where do I find a typewriter?!! I can't complete the legal description!
