So happy to be able to track down where I purchased TODD forms and be able to sign in and find the forms and use the fillable ones ! I thought they were gone forever and I would have to repurchase or bother people to attain them!
We’re glad to hear things went well. Thank you for the review.

As a first time user and not having knowledge of how your site worked it was awkward to upload a file and not know what to do next. I found out there is nothing to do next but that after some time looking for a submit button or some kind of confirmation that I was doing the right thing. Ended up being very easy, just wasted time trying to figure out what to do when there was nothing left to do.
Thank you!

I ordered a Quit Claim Deed for my county. Once I read the detailed instructions and filled it out I submitted it to the local Register of Deeds and it was filed on the spot while I waited! Thank you, you made a difficult and expensive task easy (for a laymen with no knowledge) at little expense. Highly recommend your site!!!

Very helpful and informative. It has saved me time going to get the forms at county recorder / clerk (as my county and state websites dont offer forms on their sites) and also provided help understanding the uses of the specific deed I needed to use.
Thank you Eric. Have a great day!
