Review: its a bit confusing for a novice computer user. I would prefer to print out the forms, fill them out on paper, then attach them to an email to discuss the accuracy of the forms with a friend, and then take the completed forms to the County office to be recorded

Review: The Quitclaim deed form was fine. Unfortunately, all I wanted to accomplish was to transfer property held in my name into my trust, but I could not any wording on the information you provided on how to accomplish this. It was not a sale, just a transfer from me to me as trustee.

Review: I bought a Quitclaim Deed package for Fayette County, Kentucky, to transfer my house into a Living Trust that I had set up previously. Creating my Quitclaim Deed was pretty straightforward, using the form, the instructions, and the sample Quitclaim Deed. I signed my Quitclaim Deed at a nearby Notary Public, then took it to the Fayette County Clerk's office to be recorded. The clerk there asked me to make two small changes to the Quitclaim Deed, which she let me do in pen on the spot: * In the signature block for the receiver of the property, filled in "Capacity" as "Grantee as Trustee ______________________________ Living Trust". * In the notary's section, changed "were acknowledged before me" to "were acknowledged and sworn to before me".

Review: Whomever "KCH" is, that person was of great help. It took me several tries due my inexperience with ADOBE SCAN, but that certainly is no fault of yours!! KVH was very patient with me, and in fact resolved the things I was doing wrong for me, without my even requesting the assistance.

Review: This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I had originally gone to another site for a Warranty Deed & they wanted double the amount of your price & their website had no examples forms. I am so happy with your site & service. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be able to download the forms as much as we need to because as many mistakes I made,I had to print quite a few to be able to get it done right.

Review: Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed. Clearly I missed something prior to purchasing something I can not use. Perhaps additional clarification for us without any experience is this area would be helpful.
