I find your forms hard to use, inasmuch as the forms cannot be converted to a Word Document. Editing and deleting of extra lines is not possible, making for a deed with large blank spaces. Document that results is not usable for me.

I found there were a large number of documents available to download. The file naming on the PDFs could be more descriptive, and it would be nice to be able to download a complete set with one click.

Ordered the forms, completed them, had them notarized, then erecorded all in under 2 hours. Would have been faster but had to wait for the bank to open for notary. Might try the online notary next time. Fantastic experience.
