I liked the service very much. The form I ordered wasn't provided by the local government agency and I couldn't find it on the internet. Over all quality of document was good. The issue I had was where it states claimant did not have a contract with the owner or their agent. I did have a contract with their agent, and there was no option for both. So had improvise.

The Mineral Deed transfer form was pretty good. Could have used more info in the guide about where to find legal property descriptions and source of title. Also more space on the pdf for entering return addresses - there was room for only one; I needed three. I will be sending the form to the County Courthouse soon. I hope it works.

This is quick, easy, and very reasonably priced. I wish I found this site before doing my living trust. I had the company who does my trust do the transfer deed and they charged an additional $329 for the deed alone.
