What is the Idaho Statutory Durable Power of Attorney?

This power of attorney is durable and is (not terminated by the principal's incapacity.) [unless it expressly provides that it is terminated by the incapacity of the principal.] (15-12-102(2)) [15-12-104.]

Review: Not totally satisfied as unable to edit as needed on signature page of the deed. I want to be able to date the document and don't want the verbage "signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of" to appear and cannot remove it. The notary will make his or her own statement below as to the date executed.

Review: I am a real estate attorney in CA. These Wyoming model deeds look too basic and barely adequate: no usual name and address at the top for tax statements and who recorded it. Some old fashioned legalese that only obfuscates. I won't use them. Your background info was good though.
