Your documents were very helpful. I went ahead and filled in all the info for the Release of Lien document. It was easy to do with your example. I had all the necessary info such as plot numbers, etc. for the property and everything fit nicely onto the document. It has been notorized and mailed. Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

After spending $21 to obtain a Quit Claim Deed form, I realized that I was in over my head. There are a lot of legal considerations and I am not familiar enough with the legal terms and choices to feel confident doing it myself. I since hired a paralegal service to prepare my Quit Claim. I wish I knew the knowledge required before I purchased.

I believe you need more instruction on the use of the web site. I would type and nothing would appear on the form. When I tried to save a completed form I ended with a blank form with no detail.
