This was an excellent experience. The jurisdiction I was registering the Deed with, entrusts Deeds.com with their filing needs. And the staff held my hand through the process, and worked to submit the best package, and the Deed was successfully recorded.

Fast, efficient, and helpful. I don't often have documents that need recording but I found Deeds.com incredibly handy. It cost me no more and probably less than if I'd gone in to do it myself. It was especially helpful during this Covid-19 stay-at-home time. It all happened within a couple of hours and I had my recorded copies in my hands.

I was skeptical when I first came upon this website. Not sure why I had such a negative feeling, but after I received the printed deed I felt relieved and completely satisfied. This is a great website for everyone who wouldn't want to retrieve their deed in person and worth the reasonable fee.

I used deeds.com to record a deed because the recording office closed due to Covid 19.
It was easy to sign up and upload the documents I needed recorded and within 24 hours possibly even less, the deeds were recorded. I am very happy with the service and the $15 fee was affordable and worth every penny to get it done so quickly.

The service was prompt and attentive to my questions. I would've just appreciated a heads up that I also needed to contact the county directly (and provide contact info) to receive a certified copy of the document (Notice of Commencement) in order to submit the certified copy to the Building Department. This was an extra step that I haven't had to complete before using another eRecording service. Even if this extra step is a result of the county's system. I would still have expected a head's up (since there wasn't any info regarding this on the county's site for eRecording).

I needed a quitclaim deed to transfer ownership of a home. An attorney wanted $400.00 to file the deed. I downloaded a blank deed for my area from deeds.com. I received it instantly. (Small fee) it came with instructions and a template. I filled it out and submitted it to the County Clerks office.it was simple and I saved a lot of money. There may be other forms you need, check with whoever you are submitting the deed.
You'll have additional fees, but that is up to the municipality in which you reside. It will be helpful if you have the latest deed on file.
It was much easier than I thought. This is an easy website to navigate through and it is 100% legitimate. I recommend Deeds.com.
