Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful

I wanted to do an Enhancement Life Quitclaim deed and the county government lady didn’t know what I was even talking about. I ordered the deed from Deeds.com and filled it all in,submitted to the county clerk who took 10 minutes to study it before she accepted the deed. This was the easiest transaction I’ve ever made! Best Way EVER to record a warranty deed! It was nice to not have to drive anywhere and find the facility closed or "unable to process due to covid19 and buildings being closed". The correspondence between me and deeds.com was very timely in our back and forth email correspondence, and the processing was all finished in a timely manner. Totally worth the extra $15 that I paid in addition to the recording fee. I would use this again and again. My time and the efficiency of the job completed is worth the money.

Promissory note guidelines instruction No. 1 has misspelled Principle [sic]. Promissory note blank form number 1(c) the formatting of the P&I payment is not correct.

Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. Due to COVID-19, my County Recorder's Office is closed and I was able to create the document using their vast templates, notarize it, and upload it into the system. The recording process took about 7 working days which is not bad considering that most people are working remotely. I will share this website and its many resources with my relatives and friends.
