I filled out the Kansas form and presented it to the Clerk of Deeds in Rawlins Co and there were no problems and no expensive attorney involved for a simple transaction.

Special Warranty Deed I can't seem to type all my info in the blank spaces. It won't allow me to type any more. Maybe you should consider either allowing typists to type more (leaving more space) or allowing more room to type more.

This was an excellent experience. The jurisdiction I was registering the Deed with, entrusts Deeds.com with their filing needs. And the staff held my hand through the process, and worked to submit the best package, and the Deed was successfully recorded.

Quit Claim deed for North Carolina did not include all of the information I needed (two separate notary sections), but I was able to re-create another notary section in Word, and then insert it in the appropriate place after printing both documents. Otherwise, the document worked as described.
