It was more detailed than the forms on other website, plus cheaper. I do not have date it was recorded in 2000 but did have date of warranty deed. Will that be ok with Recorder? Also did not want to date it today till I know when and where the Recorders office is located.

The site is fine with one exception. About half the pdf files I downloaded were corrupted. I could not open them or view their contents. Fortunately, the link continued to work, so after I discovered this, I downloaded the corrupted files again, and they now seem fine. I do not know if my computer or the website caused this odd problem.

It would be helpful if there were a specific example of putting a deed into a trust. Also, the limitation of characters on the description of the property was not enough.

I am not very happy about the fact that I paid 27.00 to not even have the forms filled out. I thought that it was going to be all done for me and I was told that I need a lawyer to have the form filled out properly.

This is the most comprehensive, helpful real estate tool I have seen. Well, we are 10 days from leaving the country for months and needed to notarize and record deed changes to our rental properties. We worried about USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. and hardcopies in the County's bureaucrats' hands. Soooo, we learned of Deeds.com from the County web site via one of the bulk digital recorders telling me about Deeds.com. Hit their site, read their instructions, concluded my tiny brain and decrepit abilities could handle the chore. WITHIN AN HOUR OF UPLOADING EVERYTHING INCLUDING C.C. FOR PMT IT WAS RECORDED AND I printed out copies. WORTH the $$ in speed, convenience and PEACE of mind. Pardon the loud trumpeting.
