In general, for a Lis Pendens Notice to become constructive notice to would be purchasers or encumbrancers a Lis Pendens shall be recorded with the County Recorder where said property is located. Also (Each clerk of the circuit court shall keep a lis pendens record. The lis pendens record is a public record ) (IC 32-30-11-1 "Lis pendens record" Sec. 1.)
In general the Lis Pendens contains:
(1) the title of the court;
(2) the names of all the parties to the suit;
(3) a description of the real estate to be affected; and
(4) the nature of the lien, right, or interest sought to be enforced against the real estate.

5 Stars isn't enough! I worked with KVH today (12-30-20) to get some deeds filed in Dallas County before the end of the year. Timing was critical and I thought my only option was to record in person. I searched on line for the blank forms I needed, everyone that said it's free was a part m they wanted to sign me up for a monthly membership, deeds.com had the forms that I can download and fill in, I paid $24 and got more than I needed, very easy company to deal with, I highly recommend them.

It works pretty well, had trouble with the word December. It printed out Decedmber with weird spacing but I think it will be ok.
