In general, for a Lis Pendens Notice to become constructive notice to would be purchasers or encumbrancers a Lis Pendens shall be recorded with the County Recorder where said property is located. Also (Each clerk of the circuit court shall keep a lis pendens record. The lis pendens record is a public record ) (IC 32-30-11-1 "Lis pendens record" Sec. 1.)
In general the Lis Pendens contains:
(1) the title of the court;
(2) the names of all the parties to the suit;
(3) a description of the real estate to be affected; and
(4) the nature of the lien, right, or interest sought to be enforced against the real estate.

The process was not difficult but I don't think that it suited my needs. There were several fields that were not applicable to me but I had to enter something to proceed. I also filled out the other form and mailed it in with some documentation that the electronic service did not ask for. Questions of my attempt are still unanswered. I hope I didn't waste time with this process. We shall see. Thank you.

Great service! I downloaded the Quit Claim Deed package and I'm so grateful I did. Your product package was thorough and I am the one who does not know how to use or begin to be interactive with a computer. I wish I had learned long ago....ok your directions appear to be clear but when you are not familiar to the words.....it can and is difficult.....I downloaded the forms and completed them by hand/pen.....I just hope it will be acceptable to the recorder....Thank you
