LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. AMAZING! Easy to use, reasonable fee - and get MUCH MORE than just a deed form. I ordered a "deed" and received a whole "package," including a guide and the jurisdiction's costs schedule and cover page that would be needed to record the deed - even included a Certificate of Transfer that is not required for a deed but something I needed for a different transaction. The website was extremely easy to use and the cautions about not disclosing personal information were so clear and personal, they made me feel secure in knowing this site was not trying to rip me off. Very professional. Well done.

Good site. Two things to note. 1. The Documentary Transfer Tax Exemption sheet, the word "computer" is used when I think it should be "computed" Error in state form? 2. The California Trust Guide could have a watermark which is less distracting. Kind of hard to read the print with the DEEDS.COM logo so prominent.
