Of little use to me. I did not feel this really help me to do a Quick Claim Deed here in Minnesota on my own. All it showed me is what a complex mess it is to fill out this deed. That, unfortunately, I am going to have to hire a professional to make sure it is done right.

Found the service useful and straightforward. The only recommendation would be to send an e-mail notification to the request or when their package is ready for download. First time user - process went very smooth and fast. It took me a little to find my messages. At first I didn't know you process documents other than deeds so maybe you should consider putting on your home page that it's not only for deeds - it's for any document that needs recording. :)

I used the Affidavit of Death form provided by Deeds.com. The form and directions were easy to follow. I took the form to the county clerk's office for filing after getting it notarized. They accepted the form with no issues. A task that many people go to a lawyer complete was completed easily by me in less than an hour.

Fairly easy to use. I had to really search to get some info. I had to use the Exhibit feature because the description box was way too small and I ended up re-typing it. The package had good and useful links. The County Clerk looked at it and said, "I see you used an online form, and that's OK, but..." and proceeded to show me a couple of things that were left out. They recorded it with no problems.
