The affidavit is a sworn statement confirming the title held by the corporate trustee is free and clear of adverse claims. It is recorded and presented to the purchaser along with the trustee's deed.

It would be helpful if an email was sent to notify you of any additional invoices needed, documents were accepted and/or recorded. It is not always convenient to check your website on a daily basis to determine the status of the requesting recordings.

I was so happy I found a way to register my deed electronically! The county I live in only does e-file through vendors who service law firms and large volume documents. I had everything done electronically only to hit a brick wall doing warp speed when it came to this last part. So far everything is going super smooth and very easy. Great service ! Hawaii is not a "forms state" so unfortunately the public has no way to get templates on our local gov site but deeds.com to the rescue. I liked having the forms. Some may need to know they can look at the legal Description from online county records, then type up in Word document line by line, the degree sign in Word program is achieved by using alt and 248 on number pad. Then on the form page one write SEE Exibit A and title your Word program description as Exibit A. Goes without saying the legal description should be looked over many times and it is easier to do so if you format your Word the same lineage as the legal description online which is usually not text which is why you have to retype it.
