Amy Keller Said: It would have been helpful to have identified the necessary fill-in spaces with a more obvious area (maybe color or bold) and instructions about required or optional information would be nice. But the biggest improvement would be to make the font bigger. I couldnt change it but it must have been about an 8 font. Too small in my opinion for filed documents. Thanks!
