In Kentucky, the owner or claimant of a property covered by a lien, (or any contractor or other person contracting with the owner or claimant for the furnishing of improvements or services), may, at any time before a judgment is rendered to enforce the lien, execute with the county clerk in the county where the lien was filed, a bond for double the amount of the lien claimed. 5stars for prompt and fast! Website needs work. Hard to navigate for first time users and hard to find where to pay. Emails are more clear than the "message center". Not sure what happened to my other documents, lol

Thanks for reaching out. All available space on the document is being used. As is noted in the guide, if you have information that does not fit in the available space the included exhibit page should be used.

Easy to use and comprehensive in content. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a cheaper alternative to a lawyer. (They hate services that cut into their business)

I receive the specific legal forms that I needed as well as a guide on how to fill out the form. Very pleased. I saved $300.00 in lawyers fees by filling out the Quickclaim deed myself.
