The Agent shall be entitled to enter into any documents upon said property which are your responsibility under law, and you give and grant unto said agent full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully and to all intents and purposes, as you might or could do if personally present at the doing thereof. This form includes a "Special Instructions" section where you can further limit or define the Agent's powers, if needed.

This Limited Power of Attorney for the purchase of real property becomes effective upon its execution. 457.060
Validity of power of attorney.
(1) A power of attorney executed in this state on or after July 14, 2018, is valid if its execution complies with KRS 457.050.

457.050 Execution of power of attorney.
(1) A power of attorney must be signed in the presence of two disinterested witnesses by the principal or in the principal's conscious presence by another individual directed by the principal to sign the principal's name on the power of attorney. If signed in the principal's conscious presence by another individual, the reason for this method of signing shall be stated in the power of attorney.
(2) A signature on a power of attorney is presumed to be genuine if the principal acknowledges the signature before a notary public or other individual authorized by law to take acknowledgments.

457.100 Termination of power of attorney or agent's authority.
(1) A power of attorney terminates when:
(e) The power of attorney provides that it terminates

I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way.

Your instructions and sample are geared towards businesses. It would have been helpful to have included some for us individuals as married couples as well. I also recall one or two spelling errors on the form that I could not fix, and the instructions seem to be for a prior form. This particular registry also required a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of documents. Hey, you asked! Overall, pleased.
