I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful. I did like the quick response to questions and the refund of my purchase when they were unable to find a deed I needed. I am mostly satisfied with my Deeds.Com experience. Not sure if you can do anything about this, but since it is fairly common, I thought the Quit Claim Form would have a section specifically for adding spouse to a deed.

I took a chance and downloaded the Beneficiary Deed form -- would have liked to have been able to see the form before I paid, but I took a chance as everywhere else I looked online wanted me to fill out form online and then pay $30+ for each deed.
