The Notice of Furnishing is used to certify that labor and/or materials were furnished, or will be furnished upon a specific property identified in the Notice.
In Kentucky, any lien will be dissolved unless the claimant, within six (6) months after he ceases to labor or furnish materials, files, in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the building or improvement is situated, a statement of the amount due him, with all just credits and set-offs known to him, together with a description of the property intended to be covered by the lien sufficiently accurate to identify it, the name of the owner, if known, and whether the materials were furnished or the labor performed by contract with the owner or with a contractor or subcontractor. K.R.S. 376.080(1).

The process was easy and cost was reasonable. My only suggestion is to allow user the ability to shorten the space between the county and state and the space after the month. I needed to draw a line at the courthouse before they would file it.

Forms are fine, but the inability to download a completed form is not. Nor is the ability to convert to another format. Everytime I went to download, the form erased. I didn't have a printer available, so everything I did was to waste.

I recommend you add a box "Add another document or package." The way it is now confused me, so I uploaded the same document two more times, thinking the upload failed the first two times.

Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. Once I had everything right;the recording was fast and easy. I was updated at every juncture and apprised of my mistakes in order to fix and record my deed. To improve service: I think that several different examples and scenarios would have helped. If you have different names from your children; birth certificates and marriage certificates are a requirement in Clark County, NV. If you want to add anyone to the deed in a Quit Claim Deed; you have to add yourself as a grantee even if you are the grantor along with the other grantees.
