Get Rid of the places to initial each page on the Trust Deed. The Co. Recorder (Davis) does not require that each page be initialled... If I and the "borrower" had initialed each page, then I would have to use US Mail to get the form from AZ to UT because scans of initials are not acceptable, but only a notarized signature from the borrower is...

I would absolutely use this service again. It was very convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the staff was letting me know updates to my recording package. Also, my documents recorded immediately. I did have trouble uploading my document in the beginning because I didn't realize it had to be a pdf file. You form was good the only thing that did not work was the download to fill it out !!! I use a Mac system and maybe that's what the issue was. I filled it out by hand and it worked for the purpose .
