My county accessors office recommended this site. My Uncle passed away and did not leave a will and I needed to have his deed transferred into my name. I was able to do it using the sample Deeds.com provided. I used it as a guide to fill out the paperwork that I printed off of the Deeds.com site. I was able to e-record 3 document with ease. The Middlesex registry of deeds is closed due to COVID-19 and this was my only option. Even if it was open, this is much faster and saves me time and money on parking ..etc. Great services.

The deed is presently at the auditors office and will be recorded after approval from zoning board. As far as I know, everything is going along well. A self addressed envelope was left at recorder's office for return after recording is complete.
