Customer service was poor. I felt like I had to debate the representative to provide guidance and assistance. They acted as though I knew the process, the documents involved, etc. At the same time, they asked me to confirm which documents or at least pages needed to be filed. I was leaning of Deeds.com for their expertise.

The forms are very confusing when there is so much to download! Trying to keep track and make sure you have everything needed is terrible! I think I have everything but I was under the impression I would be filling it out online and with instructions... I am very disappointed to say the least!

A suggestion: Include instructions on how to add your spouse to the deed, rather than transferring completely to a third party

The Quitclaim deed seems pretty simple However I wonder if I can fll out the paper as easily as it looks I appreciate very much the sample and the direction for filling out the deed. Now I am in the process of gathering document to fill out the deed and I think only when after everything done, I may have a clear idea how good the Quitclaim Deed is. Holy cow. I was told by several people that getting a deed recorded would take 7-10 days. So I thought I'd give deeds.com a try with their e-filing service.
