Not knowing I could down load these forms, I first went to the local recording office thinking I could get info on the forms I needed. I was told that obviously you dont know what you are doing so find someone who does. This snippy clerk obviously didnt know the forms were accessible on line; either that or she was needing to feel her phony superiority.

Bottom line - it was certainly worth the $21 (+-?) I paid for the form and instructions, etc. Admittedly the form is a little inflexible in terms of editing for readability but I understand that offering greater flexibility would likely make theft more likely. So I'm happy with what I got. One suggestion - add more info about what's required in the "Source of Title" section.

I received an acknowledgement that you received the question, that you might or might not answer it, and don't bother to reply to you email, as no one would read it. Process is well laid out, clear and concise. Check out is easy. Recommendations: * Assign names to the downloadable files that are meaningful, such as: WARRANTY DEED instead of the useless and cryptic 1420490866F11417.pdf. * Provide a ONE BUTTON DOWNLOAD for all forms ordered. It's aggravating to have to click on each of the 20 documents and download them individually.
