It was frustrating to get the scans done but that might have been due to a learning curve. After 4 tries they were accepted. I couldn't figure out how to delete or close the failed attempts. Waiting to see if Recorder office has changed the title.

AMAZING! Easy to use, reasonable fee - and get MUCH MORE than just a deed form. I ordered a "deed" and received a whole "package," including a guide and the jurisdiction's costs schedule and cover page that would be needed to record the deed - even included a Certificate of Transfer that is not required for a deed but something I needed for a different transaction. The website was extremely easy to use and the cautions about not disclosing personal information were so clear and personal, they made me feel secure in knowing this site was not trying to rip me off. Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you
