(The required evidence of a recorded release shall be mailed or delivered to the vendor and purchaser within 30 days from the delivery of the deed granting title to the property. (7-106(2))

The instructions and example for filling out the form were very clear and detailed making the whole process fairly easy. An attorney I talked to wanted $200 to fill out this simple form. I haven't tried to file it yet but I will let you know if there are any issues. Really a great deal. $20 vs $200.

I find your forms hard to use, inasmuch as the forms cannot be converted to a Word Document. Editing and deleting of extra lines is not possible, making for a deed with large blank spaces. Document that results is not usable for me.

LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. The first few search results that populated required an expensive annual or monthly subscription. Luckily I continued to scroll and found Deeds.com. No annual or monthly subscription required. Super quick processing. I uploaded my document late Friday afternoon, it was reviewed by Deeds.com staff and sent to the county for recording on Monday.
