(The required evidence of a recorded release shall be mailed or delivered to the vendor and purchaser within 30 days from the delivery of the deed granting title to the property. (7-106(2))

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. My recording was suspended But KVH (Staff) gave me proper timely advise and guided me for the procedure till recording was done by county office.
