Sec. 33.
The recording of an assignment of a mortgage shall not, in itself, be deemed notice of such assignment to the mortgagor, his heirs or personal representatives, so as to invalidate any payment made by them, or either of them to the mortgagee.

I was counting on deeds.com to help me with a closing I was working on. I stumbled with the instructions but when I recovered there were no problems. The instructions were helpful and the deeds etc. were just what I needed. I give deeds five stars. I am 76 years old and when the application asks for the user's name I always think they want my name. WRONG. I am trying to learn computer speak.

Thank you for your feedback Lanette. In review, it looks like your first payment was declined, second one was approved and processed. What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. The form is easy to use. However, the quit claim deed form seems to be for parcel of land, because the word "real property" is not in the form.

Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful

I was very pleased with the document I downloaded. I was able to edit it easily and save a copy both as a permanent copy or one that could still be edited. I also liked being able to cut and paste longer paragraphs. It cost a little more than I expected; however, it was worth it be cause I didn't have to fill it out by hand. Great job!
