Sec. 33.
The recording of an assignment of a mortgage shall not, in itself, be deemed notice of such assignment to the mortgagor, his heirs or personal representatives, so as to invalidate any payment made by them, or either of them to the mortgagee.

It is easy to use but difficult to know when the document has been reviewed for recording and when the invoice is ready. It would be helpful for the website to send an email automatically once the document(s) are ready to be recorded to let you know what the time line is.....Thank you for your help.

You think you're purchasing 1 form for $25 but you are getting several which explains the $25. My printer ran out of black ink and I couldn't change the color of the text so that it would print. I couldn't copy and paste it to Word and work on it there. I'm going to purchase ink today so that it will at least print right. I will have to retype the text in Word; not good.

I am pleased with this electronic service in making a time sensitive deed transfer since very few options exist currently with the Covid 19 Crisis. This was the only rapid and available option to record the deed transfer and the fee was reasonable. The fill-in pdf produced a messy document and several of the fields too small to accommodate the text. A tailorable MS Word document would have been far better. I would not recommend using this product.

I found Deeds to be okay except I was hoping it would give me a title or deed to my house if I would have known I would have just got a warranty deed I probably would not have pay the money but it's still worth it
