This form is executed by the current mortgagee named in the mortgage to (waive the priority of the mortgage in favor of another)(mortgage by executing a separate instrument acknowledged in the same manner as required for deeds and other instruments for the transfer of an interest in real estate. The waiver is effective to the extent of the mortgage waived.) When recorded (the waiver is constructive notice of the waiver to all persons dealing with the mortgage or with property described in the mortgage from the date the waiver is recorded.) Ultimately, it directed me to the wrong form. Not very helpful. I had to turn to a title company to get my issue addressed.

Waste of money. The deed form was not printable after completion. Had to create a new form in word on my own.

It works pretty well, had trouble with the word December. It printed out Decedmber with weird spacing but I think it will be ok.
