The personal representative's deed of distribution is a fiduciary instrument used in probate proceedings as evidence that a distributee has succeeded to the decedent's interest in real property ( 524.3-908). A personal representative, who may also be referred to as either an executor or administrator, is the fiduciary appointed to manage the decedent's estate.
After Minnesota Conveyancing Blanks Form 10.5.1, use this deed to make a distribution of real property from an individual personal representative (as opposed to a business entity personal representative) with no warranty.

However, the Additional Information/Instructions for the Preliminary Change of Ownership Report skips from Section "I" to "M" and does not address "K". Extremely helpful team of professionals who are patient when you need to get things filed correctly. Very small price for the comfort of knowing your DOCUMENTS are FILED with you local Recorder's Office. Some of the filings, if they are correctly formatted are already uploaded and official within a few hours. Here's the ALTERNATIVE you may encounter. For Example: King County Recorder's Office moved which means most filings are backed up 7-10 days if you DROP your filing in a BOX with your CHECK or MAIL IT. Neither is a great option, since they have no WALK IN HOURS.
