No instrument by which the title to real estate or any interest therein or lien thereon, is conveyed, created, encumbered, assigned or otherwise disposed of, shall be recorded by the county recorder or registered by the registrar of titles until the name and address of the person who or corporation which drafted the instrument is printed, typewritten, stamped or written on it in a legible manner.

easy to use, no problems except in beneficiary box. Need to make the box bigger because I have 4 beneficiaries to list. how do I enlarge the box.

I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. The program fields should allow the customer to change font size and allow additional space for information to be place on the Deed. Not Bad, still needs improvement.
