Questions answered? Let's get started!

The Minnesota construction lien law doesn't set forth a specific provision for the satisfaction of a lien. Therefore, any form sufficient to identify the lien and the lien holders intention of releasing it, will allow a lien holder to provide notice that the lien is released after receiving payment in full.

The Satisfaction of Lien contains information identifying the lien claimant and the recorded mechanic's lien (such as the date recorded, office recorded, document number, book number, and page number). The Satisfaction of Lien should be recorded at the public records office or registrar of deeds (for Torrens title property).

This article is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Please consult a Minnesota attorney with any questions about the Satisfaction of Mechanic's Lien or other related issues.

Important: Your property must be located in Wright County to use these forms. Documents should be recorded at the county recording office listed above.

This Satisfaction of Mechanic Lien meets all recording requirements specific to Wright County.

Really can't say enough good things about these deed forms and the related material. Just having the formatting done saves possibly hours of work. County seems to love these forms also (they referred me to Deeds.com). All around great great great!

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

Thank you, Ronald. We're glad you found the forms easy to download, though we're sorry to hear about the printing and fill-in experience. Our forms are designed to be fillable and printable using free software like Adobe Reader. If you ever run into issues, our support team is happy to help!

Very easy to use and no hidden costs. You get to download whatever you need and can save it and even reuse it. So it's like having your own library of form that you pay for once. They even give you more related forms than you ask for and it turned out we needed some if those forms as well. The forms meet what our county requires for margins in records and so on. So I will use deeds.com again when I need a different kind of legal form.

This site was recommended to me. The deed worked just fine for recording a property transfer (Warranty Deed). What I like is that there is a 1 time fee, not a subscription. I would highly recommend. It saved us $2000 in closing costs and fees.

How about a single button zip download of the files displayed instead of downloading them one at a time?

Very impressive. The only change I would suggest is a smaller font on the title.

appreciate the ease of finding a group of forms without the need for a lawyer--the time and expense--for a basic transfer of joint tenancy following a death.
