When a suit is filed in any court, affecting title to real property, a Lis Pendens should be filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court, in any and all county's where said property is located. A Mississippi Lis Pendens requires:
(The Names of all parties to the suit) (A description of the real estate) A brief statement of the nature of the complaint 11-47-3
At which time the Clerk will immediately file the Lis Pendens to become public notice. 11-47-9

Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. The experience was generally very satisfactory. I was able to fill out the Trust Deed and send it via email no problem. However, I was not able to send the filled out form of the Note. It always erased my fill-ins when it was sent. I found that very frustrating.
