When a suit is filed in any court, affecting title to real property, a Lis Pendens should be filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court, in any and all county's where said property is located. A Mississippi Lis Pendens requires:
(The Names of all parties to the suit) (A description of the real estate) A brief statement of the nature of the complaint 11-47-3
At which time the Clerk will immediately file the Lis Pendens to become public notice. 11-47-9

For future clarification to potential users, Deeds.com may want to categorize the type of easement documents that are available. I was needing a 'utility easement' form and received an 'ingress/egress' form. Had I known it was an ingress/egress document, I would not have made the purchase. I was so happy I found a way to register my deed electronically! The county I live in only does e-file through vendors who service law firms and large volume documents.
