At which time the Clerk will immediately file the Lis Pendens to become public notice. 11-47-9

The Oregon TODD transfer on death deed template worked great and was easy to use. They had instructions and a guide that had good pointers to filling everything out. It took about 2 weeks to mail in my filled TODD and receive it back from the county with their stamp. Would definitely use this service for other documents

This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. It was processed the next day at the county recorders office. I have zero complaints. Before finding this company I spent an entire day calling and leaving messages at other e-filing companies like simplfile and others but they all required subscriptions. I just needed to file a single document now and then so that was not a good fit. (And those companies I found out still require the customer to do all the work!). Well, we are 10 days from leaving the country for months and needed to notarize and record deed changes to our rental properties. We worried about USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. and hardcopies in the County's bureaucrats' hands. Soooo, we learned of Deeds.com from the County web site via one of the bulk digital recorders telling me about Deeds.com. Hit their site, read their instructions, concluded my tiny brain and decrepit abilities could handle the chore. WITHIN AN HOUR OF UPLOADING EVERYTHING INCLUDING C.C. FOR PMT IT WAS RECORDED AND I printed out copies. WORTH the $$ in speed, convenience and PEACE of mind. Pardon the loud trumpeting.

The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.

Easement deed contract was easy to complete, however after additional research raises some concerns because the Ohio deed does not list a requirement for witness signatures and does not provide lines or an area for witness signatures. The document does provide the necessary area for the notary information and the grantor and grantee.
