(The beneficiary or holder of any deed of trust, including his agents, employees, successors, assigns, attorneys-in-fact or other legal representatives, may appoint a trustee or substitute a trustee, with or without the permission of the mortgagor or mortgagors. It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. Creating my enhanced lifde estate deed was rather easy but I am not happy. After buying the 3 form package for about $29 and crating my legal form... was not happy with your disclaimer than you cannot guarantee the form will meet required legal standards. I was convinced you all knew what you're doing since the forms are supposedly specific to Polk county, Florida.
