Using Change Orders in Missouri

Change orders are used to modify the preexisting agreement of the parties (such as the contractor's promise to perform certain work and the customer's promise to pay for such work). I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful. I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. I was very impressed with the Mineral Deed form, especially with the instructions to fill it out AND a copy of a completed for to compare against. This definitely saved me money for an attorney.
The one thing I don't understand, though, is why I could not save the completed Deed to my hard drive. I did have to change a few things after the fact and I had to re-type the entire page to make the corrections.
If not for this, I would definitely rate the forms and instructions as a 5 star.
