The download of forms, etc. was easy and the guides that were provided were good, but more information would have been nice as to where to find tax map #, parcel #, and district mentioned in Exemptions from Property Transfer Fees (and Declaration of Consideration or Value. I was able to download the TOD deed form with no issues and it showed immediately. I appreciate that there is a sample provided on how to complete the form. Once downloaded this form is yours and can be changed ,if you make an error. This form is not complicated and is recognized by the County Court House where I filed the document. I am very pleased this form is available to process on my own and the fee is very reasonable. TY.

The Mineral Deed transfer form was pretty good. Could have used more info in the guide about where to find legal property descriptions and source of title. Also more space on the pdf for entering return addresses - there was room for only one; I needed three. I will be sending the form to the County Courthouse soon. I hope it works.

My E-deed was not excepted by the county, so I had to snail mail the documents to the recorders office. Will probably not use this site again, as it did not fulfill my purpose, but would recommend to those who do not have complicated forms.
