Once filed with the Recorder of Deeds the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers) MO Rev Stat 527.260.

It's an instant download. I was very pleased that it included instructions and any necessary additional forms. The DEEDs website is very easy to navigate and find the required documents. I have not yet had an opportunity to review the documents I purchased and downloaded.
