Once I had everything right;the recording was fast and easy. I was updated at every juncture and apprised of my mistakes in order to fix and record my deed. To improve service: I think that several different examples and scenarios would have helped. If you have different names from your children; birth certificates and marriage certificates are a requirement in Clark County, NV. If you want to add anyone to the deed in a Quit Claim Deed; you have to add yourself as a grantee even if you are the grantor along with the other grantees.

The forms, instructions and example of the completed Interspousal Transfer Deed was very helpful. The information and instructions provided is thorough and great. But, the fill-in-the-blanks form does not work well and is very frustrating. The font size of the information I was adding on each individual line varies and is determined by the number of characters entered on that individual line. So the font size is different on each line. And the number of lines is fixed making it impossible to fill in the full legal name of the trust I needed to fill out the form for. My needs are somewhat unusual, but the form should have been designed to be flexible enough to handle it. A blank paper form would have been more useful.

Disappointed on most recent order. Format did not permit changing the "boilerplate" language to change "grantor" to "grantors". In so restricting, could not use pre-printed form to make a joint party conveyance.

Forms are fine, but the inability to download a completed form is not. Nor is the ability to convert to another format. Everytime I went to download, the form erased. I didn't have a printer available, so everything I did was to waste.
