Such notice will contain:

3. (A description of the real estate liable to be affected thereby)
Once filed with the Recorder of Deeds the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers) MO Rev Stat 527.260.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. Process is well laid out, clear and concise. Check out is easy.
Recommendations:
* Assign names to the downloadable files that are meaningful, such as: WARRANTY DEED instead of the useless and cryptic 1420490866F11417.pdf.
* Provide a ONE BUTTON DOWNLOAD for all forms ordered. It's aggravating to have to click on each of the 20 documents and download them individually.

Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product.
